Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design and development process from concept through completion for high-rise building projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications in compliance with local building codes and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure design integration.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.
Address design challenges or modifications as required throughout the construction phase.
Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
Ensure all architectural work meets sustainability, safety, and regulatory standards set by Dubai authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in architectural engineering, specifically on
high-rise or large-scale commercial projects
.
Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and approval procedures.
Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Excellent project coordination and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
UAE experience and
familiarity with local authorities and approval processes
is highly preferred.
Professional certification (e.g., membership in the UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent) is an advantage.
