Job Description

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Engages on promotional science-based brand and disease state messages where product could support HCP (Health Care Professional) in meeting patient need Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content/channel selection Ensure launch strategy implementation in assigned territory as required Collaborate in the development of the tactical marketing plan and ensure its proper execution Maintain up to date customers records using appropriate tools and processes. Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans and adapts based on self-identified opportunities and insights. Maintains a methodical approach toward each call/engagement objectives (e.g., clear next steps and appropriate documentation, managing to KPIs) Utilizes current digital tools effectively as well as adapts quickly to new tools for successful customer engagement Perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with all Company policies, practices, and procedures.

KPIs: Successful planning & delivery of a comprehensive omnichannel engagement plan and POA with owned customers in alignment with Category strategy Achieve growth of MS for the promoted products, Achievement of Sales and revenue targets in assigned territory Achieve customer engagement metrics by channel and customer as set for the category

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in healthcare Science or management Minimum of 4 years field experience, Ability to engage, influence and persuade external stakeholders (HCPs), Demonstrated strong understanding of necessary disease states and possess a solid ability to communicate necessary technical, scientific, and product and disease management information to customers. Ability to effectively identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies, by customer, to maximize overall effectiveness and impact. Ability to effectively build rapport and relationships with customers in a hybrid mode across in person and virtual environments Excellent written and spoken French and local language. English is an advantage for optimal internal collaboration with the wider team Skillful with Microsoft Office programs. Valid driver's license.
