We are looking for an energetic and experienced Health Club Manager to lead our club's daily operations, member services, and team performance. You will oversee staff, ensure top-tier customer satisfaction, drive membership growth, and maintain a safe, clean, and motivating fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day club operations including front desk, fitness, pool, and housekeeping teams.
Hire, train, and lead a team of fitness instructors, front desk staff, and facility personnel.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all club areas.
Monitor and manage budgets, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
Address member concerns professionally and improve retention.
Plan and oversee marketing promotions, group classes, and events.
Maintain equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
