Role: Service Charge Specialist
Employment Type: Outsourced

Contract Duration: 12 Months Extendable
Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of budgeting principles, variance analysis, and budget planning.
Familiarity with JOP Law, RERA guidelines, Mollak budget process, and service charge regulations.
Experience in developing or following structured procedures for budget planning, PR/LPO tracking, and financial governance.
Ability to manage overlapping budget cycles, coordinate with stakeholders (Procurement, FM, Finance, and Operations Teams), and meet tight deadlines.
Able to review and validate financial reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Real Estate, or any related fields.
1-2 years in budgeting, financial planning, or service charge management, ideally within real estate, FM, or community management.
Experience with RERA, JOP Law, and the Mollak platform is a major advantage.
