Job Title: Head Vendors & Contracts \xe2\x80\x93 Real Estate - Dubai Job Responsibilities: Negotiate and draft contracts required for the execution of the projects. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Manage relationships with vendors, and other relevant stakeholders. Resolve disputes and conflicts related to contracts. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Monitor project timelines and budgets to accomplish project objectives. Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperate with internal depts. Present and communicate with stakeholders about contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project team. Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.
