Performance Attributes Include but are not limited to the following: 4 Built an IT Operation (infrastructure, systems and applications) and Managed services department. 4 Hire the right people to help in building and operating the IT Operation and the Managed services 4 Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations and Managed services department to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of Reach Digital and Managed Services IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise 4 Partner with Information Security team to implement and operationalize security controls 4 Develop and manage annual IT budgets and procure IT equipment and professional services in accordance with Reach Digital\xe2\x80\x99 Procurement and Contracting Policy 4 Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements and perform vendor risk assessments 4 Identify and manage operational risks 4 Manage information technology projects 4 Coordinate internal and external resources, timetables, budgets, and the reporting to project stakeholders 4 Develop department policies, process and procedures documentation and provide internal training to department and impacted end users 4 Ensure compliance of department and organizational polices 4 Certify business continuity and disaster recovery efforts of Reach Digital and Client Managed services IT Systems 4 Participate in internal and external audits; oversee and coordinate responses to audit requests 4 Manage department team members, including performance and training assessments. Assist in the development of IT staffing plan and professional growth 4 Align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and strategic goals 4 Evaluate and assess strategic solutions that leverage new and emerging technologies that drive process automation and improve organization effectiveness and efficiencies 4 Manage IT department services and prepare management reports of department activities, tasks, and operational metrics 4 Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, online/in- person training and attendance of educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking and participation in professional industry groups Technical Experience 4 Microsoft 365 Platform, including Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office 4 Strong technical knowledge of network and server operating system 4 Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems, SQL Server and Active Directory 4 Strong technical knowledge of ITSM 4 Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, and operations 4 VmWare, Azure and AWS Server Virtualization 4 Enterprise Backup, Replication and Business Continuity and Disaster recover mitigation and response 4 Strong understanding of project management principles and practices 4 Strong understanding of Helpdesk, Customer Relations Support systems and call centers 4 Data Security and Cyber Security basics 4 Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML) Artificial Intelligence basics Qualifications 4 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field 4 Previous IT Infrastructure, IT Management, IT Business Operations and Managed Services experience. 4 Highly Desirable: Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification, Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Microsoft SharePoint Certification or Microsoft 365 Certified.
