Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, service-driven, and experienced
Head Waitress
to join our exclusive luxury bar/lounge in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working inhigh-end bars, private lounges, or exclusive clubs
and possesses the elegance, poise, and leadership to manage VIP service standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the floor service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Provide VIP-level service to high-profile clientele Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service flow Support staff training and development to maintain luxury service standards Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and discretion Collaborate with management on service improvements and promotions Maintain a strong presence during peak hours and special events
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Waitress or Senior Waitress in a
luxury bar, exclusive club, or private lounge
(Dubai experience preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent grooming and presentation Ability to lead a team and work under pressure Fluent in English; other languages are a plus Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
