We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Hostess/Waitress/Head Waitress with experience in the UAE's dynamic hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, smooth restaurant operations, and a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
For Hostess:

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements.
• Handle reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with servers and management for seamless guest flow.

For Waitress:

• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials.
• Ensure tables are set properly and maintain cleanliness.
• Address guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.

For Head Waitress:

• Supervise waitstaff and assist in training new employees.
• Monitor dining operations and ensure high service standards.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Act as a liaison between guests, staff, and management.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with UAE dining trends and customer preferences.
• Team leadership experience (for Head Waitress role).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends/holidays.
