Head Waitress

to lead our fun-filled ice cream truck operations across Dubai's top communities!

What You'll Do:

Lead the daily operations of the ice cream truck with energy, responsibility, and care. Serve our delicious soft-serve ice cream and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Manage customer interactions, ensuring a friendly, playful, and professional atmosphere. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and oversee cash control procedures. Maintain the truck's cleanliness, organization, and operational standards at all times. Train, support, and supervise junior staff when needed. Drive the ice cream truck (manual transmission) safely to and from locations.

Who You Are:

5-10 years' experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service roles. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Energetic, cheerful, and passionate about working with families and children. Highly responsible, organized, and quick on your feet. Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills. Valid UAE driving license (manual transmission essential). Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus!

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
