Head Waiter / Head Waitress (Maitre D' / Captain)
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Supervises: Senior Waiters, Wait Staff
Job Summary:
The Head Waiter/Waitress is the captain of the dining room floor during a shift. This role leads the service team, manages table rotations, ensures seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house, and upholds the highest service standards. They are a key point of contact for guests and act as the right hand to the Restaurant Manager.
