Job Summary
We are looking for an engaging, professional, and Arabic-speaking
Head Waiter
to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be a key part of delivering an outstanding guest experience by providing attentive service and creating a warm, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas Answer menu-related questions and provide recommendations when needed Handle payments, bills, and receipts accurately Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
Arabic speaker (mandatory) and English communication skills are advantage Previous experience as a waiter is preferred Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented, reliable, and well-presented
