Assist senior staff in delivering attentive, efficient service--setting tables, serving guests, and maintaining a spotless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare service areas: set tables with cutlery, glassware, napkins.
Greet, seat, and serve guests; support senior waiters in food and beverage service.
Clear and reset tables promptly and send soiled dishes to the kitchen.
Replenish condiments, napkins, and service station supplies.
Uphold restaurant hygiene and report any equipment issues.
Know the menu and daily specials; direct guest enquiries to supervisors.
Skills & Attributes
Friendly, professional, guest-focused attitude
Strong communication and ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills
Stamina for standing and carrying trays throughout shifts
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus Qualifications
No formal hospitality experience required--entry-level welcome
Any food hygiene certification is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
