Job Description

A. Systems Architecture & Infrastructure

Set up and manage all company IT systems across departments. Use secure cloud storage, internal tools, and property databases. Make sure systems like CRM, finance, and lead tools work well together.

B. CRM & Real Estate Software Management

Lead the customization, deployment, and maintenance of real estate CRMs (e.g., Prop Space, Salesforce, Zoho). Keep CRM data safe, backed up, and linked with marketing and ERP tools.. Develop dashboards for sales, broker performance, property inventory, and financials.

C. Website, Portal & App Management

Manage the company website, broker login portal, and customer-facing mobile apps. Ensure listings are always up to date and user experience is smooth. Coordinate with external tech vendors for upgrades, bug fixing, and scalability.

D. Process Automation & Digital Transformation

Identify areas where daily tasks can be automated to save time (e.g., lead routing, commission payouts, onboarding flows). Go paperless with digital approvals, e-signatures, and checklists. Introduce digital initiatives including AI chatbots, virtual property tours, and analytics.

E. Data Governance, Cybersecurity & Compliance

Implement cybersecurity protocols for protection of client and broker data. Run regular checks for system weaknesses and limit data access., implement access controls, and maintain audit trails. Ensure compliance with UAE's data protection laws and RERA/DLD technology-related regulations.

F. Technical Team Management & Vendor Coordination

Build and lead a team of developers, IT support staff, and system admins. Liaise with third-party service providers, hosting companies, and SaaS vendors. Define SLAs, monitor service uptime, and troubleshoot escalations effectively.

G. Reporting & Insights

Generate insights on system usage, digital campaign performance, and tech ROI. Present quarterly tech-readiness and transformation reports to senior management. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations to continuously improve tools.

Will be based out of Golden Light Real Estate Development LLC - UAE Office.

Key Skills and Competencies

Deep technical expertise in real estate CRMs, SaaS systems, cloud platforms, and APIs. Experience in digital transformation and process automation. Familiarity with UAE real estate tech ecosystem and regulatory environment. Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT compliance.
