Responsibilities:
Lead the technical team in designing, planning, and executing
joinery and fit-out
projects.
Review and approve
shop drawings, material selection, and production methods

Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
Optimize
manufacturing processes
, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to resolve technical challenges.
Train and mentor draftsmen, ensuring consistency in design and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience
in
joinery, furniture, or fit-out
industries.
Strong knowledge of
woodworking materials, technical drawings, and manufacturing processes
.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
