Job Purpose
To drive business growth from the branches while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the branches are achieving the assigned financial and operational goals
Benchmark the branches under customer service scores and encourage customer centric culture in Organization
Periodical review of Branch internal control and Audit escalations
Review all performance appraisal of Branch Heads and submit the report to the concerned department
Ensure manpower requirements of the branches are fulfilled and are operating with optimum corridor mix
Evaluate the market to understand opportunities and our strength for current and future growth of the company
Develop and implement business strategy based on market study to achieve short-term, mid-term and long-term goals
Coordinate with all stakeholders to expedite new branch inception process
Participate in the social gatherings and community programs representing the organization
Ensure that AML & CTF policy and procedures are compiled effectively in the branches and proper training has been imparted to all members under Retail,
Plan for Corporates, WPS & Partnerships, New Initiatives & Allied products, NTB, Reactivation, all functional units including cost centers
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Post Graduate in Business Management/Business Administration/Marketing
Experience
Relevant experience of 10-12 years in retail business with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Knowledge & Skills
Good analytical decision making ability with a proven leadership quality
Strong negotiation skills, proactive and self - motivated
Highly reliable and ethical, respecting customers\' confidentiality
Ability to explain complex information into simple terms
Good verbal and written English communication
Ability to manage diverse group of Area Managers/Branch Managers/Incharges
Good knowledge on MS Office Applications
