Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the reception team to deliver the highest standards of service.
Oversee daily operations including staff management, sales, cash handling, and facility upkeep.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
Manage staff rotas, training, and performance appraisals.
Anticipate and respond to member needs, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Drive sales initiatives and contribute to achieving monthly targets.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards across the club.
About You
Strong leadership skills with a motivational, "lead by example" approach.
Passionate about fitness, health, and delivering great customer service.
Flexible with working hours and available during peak times.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, fitness, or leisure preferred).
First Aid certification is an advantage (training can be provided).
