Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the pastry kitchen, ensuring
quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Create and develop innovative dessert menus.
Maintain
HACCP standards and strict hygiene practices
.
Train, supervise, and mentor junior pastry staff.
Monitor inventory and manage costs efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience
as a pastry chef.
HACCP certification is mandatory
.
Strong knowledge of baking, chocolate work, sugar art, and dessert plating.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
