Minimum 5 years of experience in baking or pastry (with at least 2 years in a head or supervisory role)
Skilled in a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and breads
Strong English communication skills
Ability to create, design, and innovate new pastry recipes
Experienced in kitchen operations, staff supervision, and inventory control
Knowledgeable in food safety & HACCP standards
Strong leadership, time management, and attention to detail
