We are seeking a passionate and creative Pastry & Bakery Head Chef To join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both artisan baking and fine pastry preparation, with a keen eye for detail, presentation, and flavor.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Develop innovative recipes and seasonal menu items.
Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and appearance.
Manage ingredient inventory and maintain kitchen organization.
Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high production standards.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Collaborate with the executive chef and management team for menu planning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of baking, dough fermentation, and dessert preparation.
Creativity and passion for pastry and bakery arts.
Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
