Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a Vocational and Training Center in the UAE. The role involves strategy, operations, program development, accreditation, and building industry partnerships to deliver high-quality vocational training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the centers vision, strategy, and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with KHDA, ACTVET, and UAE authorities.
- Develop and accredit vocational programs based on market demand.
- Build partnerships with government, corporate, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead trainers and staff, ensuring student success and career outcomes.
- Bachelors/Masters in Education, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years in vocational education or training management.
- Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Salary: AED 8,000/month
- Benefits as per UAE labor law.
