The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of spatial planning, design aesthetics, and consumer behavior to create compelling in-store experiences that enhance brand identity and drive customer engagement. This role involves developing and executing visual guidelines, overseeing store layouts, and ensuring consistency in presentation across multiple locations. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, buying, and operations teams to translate product stories into inspiring visual displays. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to train and guide in-store teams to maintain high visual standards.
