The Head of Transformation will lead the transformation across the Greater Gulf MCO as a key contributor to the implementation of the GG MCO strategy with the intent of driving operating models and culture transformation. He / she will also be involved in and raising Sanofi GG MCO profile internally and externally while leading the Innovation and AI.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead change management for GG MCO

Lead DRIVE Change Management

bringing strategic view and expertise in change management

while engaging and inspiring the teams

Define and implement the change roadmap to be actioned at country council and across the organization

Lead holistic plan on functions and needs

Design and drive implementation of business operation model transformation (Go to Market/ Omnichannel) across the MCO

Best in class execution of GTM/ Omnichannel across BUs to deliver on GTM KPIs in partnership with GTMC

Ensure Best in Class GTM plans for priority launches across MCO (COPD, Tole, Tzield) in partnership with Digital/ GTMC

Foster a community of GTM experts to drive cross sharing and upskilling

Identify potential opportunities in Gen Med (focus on T1D)

Elevate Sanofi as industry leading in AI/ Innovation

Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) key stakeholders mapping and engagement

Increase Sanofi External engagement in Data/ AI in high profile external events/ conferences

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Work with Corporate affairs to create an internal and external AI narrative and secure global funding

Strategic Partnership including one Sanofi partners projects in R&D, Manufacturing, trade.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experience.

Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.

Knowledge in change management, project management, transformation initiatives, stakeholders' management.
