SENSATION STATION, A LEADING EARLY INTERVENTION & THERAPY CENTRE IN DUBAI, IS LOOKING FOR A HEAD OF THERAPY DEPARTMENT TO LEAD & ENHANCE OUR MULTIDISCIPLINARY THERAPY TEAM.

who is looking to take on a leadership role alongside your clinical caseload... we want to hear from you!

YOUR ROLE:

Oversee & manage a team of skilled therapists Ensure a high-quality, evidence-based approach Drive service development & strategic growth Maintain compliance with (DHA) regulations Support staff training, supervision & performance evaluations Foster strong relationships with colleagues, families, schools & other external providers

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy DHA Eligibility/Licensed Fluency in written and spoken English A minimum of five years of experience in Paediatric Therapy Preferably with leadership experience Valid driver's license and access to a car Strong team management, clinical oversight, strategic planning skills International candidates are encouraged to apply
