You will be responsible for management within the LTE/5G domain. Your main tasks:

• Team management
• Responsible for Profit and Loss in existing and future business
• Build structure and drive improvements in a growing organization
• Uphold employees motivation and good attitude to work
• Hire and balance resources in the projects
• Assess and develop employees capabilities
• Monitor, maintain and set up conditions for employees to perform required job.

Your Experience and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in people management in projects
• Experience from marketing and sales or business development
• Bachelor's degree or MSc in Telecommunication or Electrical engineering
• Understanding of design processes and system life cycle processes
• You have solid enough background knowledge in engineering to understand the work your employees are involved in
• You have the ability to strike a balance between support and authority
• You have the ability to motivate employees and you earn persistent trust from employees and organization
• Strong knowledge in telecommunication is a merit
• It is a merit if you have experience to assess technical and business risks and you have a business acumen along with understanding of basic financial business principles.
• You have the drive to promote improvements and you are used to set performance goals and manage them for a group and individual
