Summary:

Responsible for the ongoing Digitalization of Business Processes and Energy and Asset Management in the UAE IFM business. To source, design and build a solution to improve the Energy & Asset Management through Operational Energy Optimisation & Operational processes. The role will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our operations. Provide the operational systems and tools for our Asset operational optimisation and our Energy management offering.

Business Perimeter: UAE Digital Deployment and Operations Lead for IFM Energy & Asset management .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the digital deployment and operation in the IFM business, ensuring the successful implementation of digital initiatives and the adoption of new technologies, to improve operational efficiencies and optimise the operational energy efficiency of assets.
• Manage the change management process for effective adoption and implementation of new systems, processes and technologies.
• Identify the digital solutions to improve the Energy & Asset Management along with business Operations within the IFM business. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure its successful implementation and ongoing use and development.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive the digital transformation of our operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change through innovative systems, platforms and technologies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
• Develop and implement strategies to provide the unified system solutions and operational tools to enable the operational energy management, optimisation of maintenance and asset performance.
• Identify strategies and technology for system and data unification
• Develop a team to work in collaboration with IFM operations to deliver operational energy management and improvement strategies as part of our service delivery models.
• Implement strategies and develop systems to meet all contractual deliverables for customer energy management, system operational, life cycle and condition optimisation.
• Manage the analysis of data and systems output to measure and verify and report on optimisation of energy and operational performance.

qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Engineering, Energy Management & Sustainability).
• Extensive experience in leading digital deployment and operation, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation.
• Certified Energy Manager or equivalent.
• Experience in leading teams to optimise energy performance and measure and verify results.
• Design of solutions with a focus on Energy & Operational management.
• Experience in asset performance management using innovative technology solutions
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of digital and energy management professionals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
