Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology to lead and execute the organization's technology strategy in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise systems, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions, with proven experience driving innovation, scalability, and security across multi-country operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the organization's overall technology vision and roadmap.
- Lead enterprise-wide implementation of CRM, ERP, and data platforms.
- Manage IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance management.
- Build and mentor cross-functional tech teams (UI/UX, development, data engineering).
- Implement data analytics, business intelligence, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to audit, risk, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology management.
- Experience in logistics, fintech, or digital B2B aggregator environments preferred.
- Proven expertise in enterprise systems, data strategy, and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
