As the Head of Security Architecture and Engineering, you will lead and manage a team of information security SME\'s across all security domains in the architecture and engineering specialisms. You will be responsible for the enterprise security architecture service that provides security strategy, architecture, and design services to support the business function.

Description

Maintain and manage security architecture and strategy artefacts, deliverables, and processes.Maintain and manage Security Engineering processes.Take a leadership role in shaping the security strategy including service identification and definition, reporting and analytics with the relevant business stakeholders, technology & architecture teams, and 3rd parties.Lead teams of Information Security SME\'s providing line management and performance management of the teams.Define the career path for the teams, overseeing the learning and development plans for them.Own and manage the Information Security tooling utilisation, data currency and integrity including reporting and analytics.Maintain and improve security service quality, ensure that IT services meet or exceed service levels requirements through continuous review of service performance.Own relationship with business stakeholders, value streams and other IT functions, take action to address impediments, service-related challenges, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.Manage 3rd party suppliers of resources, services, and products.

Profile

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Over 10 years\' of experience performing a security architect role and moving to a leadership level in an enterprise environment, with demonstrable results and achievements.Strong experience in leading technical security teams, ideally in a large-scale SaaS, IaaS and PaaS operations environment.Knowledge of the industry-wide compliance frameworks and implementation requirements, like ISO 27001, NESA, CSA STAR, SOC1/SOC2, and PCI-DSS compliances.Should have experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, driving common approaches, and delivering sustainable solutions with Information Security related services.
