Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Head of Sales - Secondary Market
to lead and scale our brokerage team. This leadership role requires strong market knowledge, team-building skills, and a results-driven mindset to push boundaries and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage the secondary market sales team
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
Drive team performance through KPIs, training, and mentoring
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns
Recruit, onboard, and motivate top-performing agents
Requirements:
Minimum 2
years
of proven experience in
Dubai's secondary real estate market
Strong leadership and team management experience
RERA certification is a must
Deep understanding of real estate portals and CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
