Head of Sales

to lead our dynamic sales team.

Job Summary:

As Head of Sales, you'll oversee our sales operations, lead a team of agents, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Dubai real estate market. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with proven sales success and a desire to grow with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing real estate sales team Oversee

off-plan and secondary market sales

Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals Train, mentor, and onboard new agents Maintain strong client and developer relationships Monitor team KPIs and generate performance reports Ensure compliance with all RERA and real estate regulations Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of real estate sales experience

Strong leadership and communication skills Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market Experience handling both off-plan and secondary property transactions Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Goal-oriented with a proactive, team-driven mindset
