The Head of Sales is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team in the areas of payroll, staffing, and employer-of-record (EOR) solutions. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can lead the sales team, foster client relationships, stay informed about market trends, and maintain a clear focus on data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives, covering payroll, staffing, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions. Shape clients\' perceptions and influence their approach.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead and inspire the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance, training, and mentorship to achieve sales targets in payroll, staffing, and EOR services. Generate leads in the Middle East, Turkey, Africa markets for these solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and becoming a trusted partner in helping them address those needs, including payroll, staffing, and EOR services.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding the client base, and increasing sales productivity, with a particular focus on payroll, staffing, and EOR solutions. Assess probable competition and evaluate relative strengths and threats.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Implement effective sales forecasting techniques to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Translate client requirements into a robust win strategy with a strong value proposition and differentiated bid elements, spanning payroll, staffing, and EOR offerings.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and employ black hat strategies to adapt strategies as needed for payroll, staffing, and EOR services.
  • Performance Excellence: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the sales team across payroll, staffing, and EOR solutions. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to build product and service solutions, resolve conflicts, and achieve client satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate the sales budget efficiently, optimizing resources to maximize results in payroll, staffing, and EOR solutions revenue.
  • Collateral and Presentations: Oversee the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to enhance sales efforts, showcasing capabilities in payroll, staffing, and EOR services.
  • Reporting and Accountability: Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and strategy execution for payroll, staffing, and EOR solutions. Conduct and participate in the gate, pricing, teaming, and capture reviews, documenting lessons learned.
  • Client Insight: Build and maintain a deep understanding of client accounts, their organization, key players, decision-making processes, budgets, and priorities, necessary for identifying, influencing, and winning business with the account for payroll, staffing, and EOR solutions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify gaps and develop strategies to overcome weaknesses and mitigate risks in payroll, staffing, and EOR services.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor company project execution and delivery performance for business related to the account, supporting the client and project teams to ensure success, especially in payroll, staffing, and EOR endeavors.

Qualifications
    • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with the added advantage of holding a master\'s degree.
    • A remarkable career spanning 6 to 10 years, showcasing consistent progression from a Sales Professional to roles such as Head of Sales, Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager.
    • A history of successful leadership in senior sales roles, with a proven ability to align strategies with company goals.
    • Valuable local staffing experience within the UAE, emphasizing the ability to navigate this unique market.
    • Extensive experience in Government Sectors, and various other government entities, demonstrating an understanding of their operational dynamics.
    • Established expertise in the banking sector, contributing to revenue growth through innovative solutions.
    • A strong background in collaborating with system integrators to deliver integrated products and services.
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SaaS Payroll and HCM solutions.
    • A broad industry experience spanning Staffing, Manpower Outsourcing, Recruitment, HR, Technology, and Management Consulting.
    • A solid track record with CRM software, particularly Zoho and other similar applications.
    • A history of developing and executing successful capture management plans for large government procurements, including the ability to present, explain, and defend strategies.
    • Proven skills in strategic pricing and the ability to conduct Price-to-Win analysis.
    • A knack for managing clients\' bulk requirements and identifying business development opportunities.
    • A demonstrated capability for working seamlessly with senior and executive management to drive alignment in sales strategies and solutions.
    • A strong customer service focus and the ability to provide exceptional service.
    • A structured 90-day plan/strategy to jumpstart sales efforts.
    • Multilingual proficiency, particularly in the Arabic language (an advantage, though not a requirement).
    • The ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
    • Strong academic credentials, including an MSc/MBA/BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
    • Possession of a valid UAE Driving License for efficient mobility.
