Responsible as Head of Sales for Middle East Hub
Own and hit/exceed annual Business target agreement within assigned territory and accounts
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and partnerships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and Presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Develop the Sales and application team by enhancing the local know-how and competences. Enhancing local bidding in terms of products diversity as per the market needs and requirement in future.
Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Ensures team are competent to deliver; assess development and training needs
Provide effective communication with the team; ensures team briefings are conducted as and when required
Responsible for smooth operation during execution of Orders and allocate the needed support towards customers and head quarters
Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong leadership and team building skills
