Ensure clean internal coordination with finance/warehouse/operations for PO creation, ETAs, clearance, and stock receiving.

4) Stock & Inventory Optimization

Ensure

optimum stock levels

across fast movers and strategic SKUs to maximize availability while controlling inventory investment. Monitor inventory health: aging, slow movers, dead stock risk, reorder points, safety stocks, and stock turns. Drive action plans to liquidate slow-moving stock through commercial campaigns, bundling, and targeted selling. Maintain pricing and discount discipline in line with margin targets and stock strategy.

5) Consultant Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with

industry consultants

(hospitality design, kitchen consultants, MEP, project consultants). Promote Rio's represented brands to improve specification, approval, and project award opportunities.
