NBOX Logistics, a dynamic and rapidly expanding leader in the logistics industry in Qatar, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented VP/Head of Sales and Development. This pivotal role will be instrumental in spearheading our aggressive growth strategy, significantly enhancing our market footprint, and leading a high-performing sales and development team.

Key Responsibilities:



? Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's ambitious growth objectives and overall business strategy.

? Identify, evaluate, and pursue significant new business opportunities, focusing on strategic partnerships and large-scale client acquisition through extensive lead generation and networking.

? Cultivate and nurture high-level relationships with key existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term customer loyalty and maximizing account potential.

? Lead, mentor, and expand the sales and development team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

? Collaborate strategically with the marketing department to develop impactful promotional campaigns and compelling sales collateral that resonate with our target markets.

? Drive the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring robust follow-up and effective communication with potential clients.

? Orchestrate and deliver high-stakes sales presentations and negotiations to secure major new business contracts.

? Oversee the preparation of comprehensive quotations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

? Implement and maintain robust CRM practices, ensuring accurate recording of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

? Conduct in-depth market analysis, closely monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to continually refine and optimize sales strategies.

? Represent the company at prominent industry events, conferences, and networking functions to significantly enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

? Work in close collaboration with the finance and accounts department to streamline payment processes and resolve outstanding invoices efficiently.

? Proactively identify and address potential challenges, implementing innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement across all sales and development functions.

? Undertake additional strategic tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the General Manager to support overarching business needs and objectives.

Qualifications:



? Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales Development, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, Sales Director, or VP of Sales).

? Proven track record of success in driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion within the logistics and warehousing industry.

? Compulsory fluency in both written and spoken English and preferably in Arabic too.

? Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels.

? Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

? Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.

? Commitment to upholding the highest standards of workplace health and safety practices.
