Mark Williams International, an award winning recruitment agency specializing in Emiratization and Financial Services, is looking to hire for the position of Head of Resourcing to join our successful team based out of Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Control and responsibility of the entire resourcing process for the recruitment team
- Sharing insights and feedback around recruitment activity ensuring that successful placements are delivered
- Leading and motivating a team of internal recruiters, supporting them to be proactive in engaging with candidates and building up a strong pipeline of candidates for training
- Identifying trends and implementing corrective action
- Working internally to build tools to aid the organizations objectives and strategies
- Using your expertise to solve resourcing challenges
- Delivering reports on the resourcing data and analytics when required
- Ensuring the company culture and values are represented throughout the resourcing process

Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a team of recruitment consultants
- Experience in using various sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Google etc
- Emiratisation and/or Financial Services recruitment experience is desired
- Currently residing in the UAE and able to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills along with time management skills
