Head of Operations - Live Events - Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 25,000 - 35,000 Per Month

This incredible opportunity will allow for you to be part of events spanning from Brand Activations, Exhibitions, large live scale events, driving experiences, stage acts, fan zones and sporting events.

DNA Recruit is working with an award winning live events agency, creating one of a kind experiences from concept to design, build to production, beginning to end! They have recently been commissioned to work on some incredibly large sporting events and they are seeking someone with a love and passion for live events to come onboard and join this diverse, growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Main Responsibilities:
Planning proposals, budgeting, analysing the scope and phases of projects, as well as creating and delivering detailed presentations and timelines for delivery will be essential to this role.

Structuring, resourcing and recruiting operations and logistic teams for active projects, as well as ensuring Department policies and processes are refined and updated, will assist in smooth delivery and logistics of all projects.

The Person…
Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years experienced in an Operational role within the events/experiential industry, along with the following;

• At least 5 years working in a position in which you managed a department / team
• Management responsibilities for a team of over 5 at any one time
• Operational delivery of live experience projects from small-scale to large-scale
• Travel to the UK office may be occasionally required, therefore flexibility to travel is essential
• UAE experience is a huge bonus
