Madison Pearl is partnering for an experienced and dynamic Head of Real Estate to lead and represent a well-established family office across a portfolio of real estate development ventures. This leadership role spans the full project lifecycle-from early planning and consultant engagement to design, construction supervision, and final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key liaison for all real estate development activities on behalf of the family office.
- Drive the selection and coordination of consultants, lead design processes, and manage project implementation.
- Ensure the successful and timely execution of residential and mixed-use developments to the highest standards.
- Engage and coordinate with external partners including contractors, project managers, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation efforts throughout all phases.
- Deliver consistent, detailed reporting and maintain transparency with the family office principals.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or real estate investment, preferably with a developer, sovereign wealth fund, or private family office.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary development projects.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills suited to a high-level institutional environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate landscape, including regulatory frameworks and development procedures.
