Head Of Real Estate Department ( Developing Department From Scratch ) Bilingual
Job Description
Looking for a strategic leader to oversee the company's real estate portfolio.
- manage and establish the division from the round
- advise the senior Management on significant risks including unpredictable / unforeseen events
- develop and maintain external stakeholders and business partners by overseeing and coordinating mutually beneficial relationships built on internal policies and strategic priorities
- oversee property development and construction projects
- must have PMP certification / fellow chartered surveyor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED80,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
real estate : 10 years (Preferred)
really estate development : 10 years (Preferred)
managing operations : 10 years (Preferred)
handling c level management : 10 years (Preferred)
financial decision : 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
English (Preferred)
Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:
PMP (Preferred)
Fellow Chartered Surveyor (Preferred)
