The

Head of Project Management

at ASICO Real Estate will oversee all aspects of real estate project development, from design and planning to execution and handover. The role requires expertise in

landscape design, facility management, property maintenance, and real estate development

to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead end-to-end project management for real estate developments, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and company policies.

2. Landscape & Design Managemen

Oversee landscape design and implementation, ensuring aesthetic and functional alignment with project goals. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to optimize space utilization and sustainability.

3. Facility & Property Management

Supervise facility management strategies, including maintenance, security, and operational efficiency. Implement best practices in property upkeep, ensuring long-term asset value.

4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Manage cross-functional teams (contractors, consultants, vendors) to ensure seamless project execution. Liaise with government authorities, clients, and investors to align expectations.

5. Budget & Cost Control

Monitor project expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

6. Quality Assurance & Risk Management

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design and safety standards. Mitigate risks through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

15+ years

in real estate project management, with expertise in

landscaping, facility management, and property maintenance.

Strong knowledge of

design development, construction methodologies, and real estate regulations.

Proficiency in

MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and BIM tools.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
