Required SkillsAt least 10 years of experience in production management (or) Head of Manufacturing role within the carpentry, steel fabrication, aluminium, or waterjet industries.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Proficiency in production planning and quality control principles.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Certifications: Relevant certifications in Manufacturing, Production Management or quality control would be advantageous.
