You must be a Head of Product / Product leader, working within Financial Services sector. You should have a solid background in leading a team of Product professionals working across a global organization, being able to drive the team forward in line with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
You must be a Head of Product / Product leader, working within Financial Services sector. You should have a solid background in leading a team of Product professionals working across a global organization, being able to drive the team forward in line with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a growing team of Product Managers, Business Analysts and Project Managers spread out across multiple countries
- Drive and enhance the hiring process ensuring the team\'s sizing is in-line with the business goals and targets
- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
- Stay close to business target and lead the team to successful delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, communications, and marketing
- Previous and significant working experience in a leadership role within a B2B Product Organization.
- An entrepreneurial mindset; having the ability to take ownership of the P&L.
- Advanced knowledge of Product constructs especially in Payments and Finance
- Experience in closing B2B deals and understand B2B payment flows to drive the product roadmap.
