About the role: Hub71 is seeking to hire a Head of Product to join the team in Abu Dhabi. As a Head of Product for Hub71, with the support of a tech team (product management officers : UI/UX, Data analyst etc.), and in close collaboration with Hub71 Tech lead, you will be working on building the Product strategy of Hub71. The task will imply working on the product vision, design and innovation, as well as user research, product development and product analytics and metrics.
You will be working in a flat hierarchy organization and we are looking for someone that likes autonomy, is positive, has a drive for learning and development and great leadership skills. This is a full time role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under a 1 year contract with the possibility of renewal. Day to day responsibilities:

• Establish the roll-out of the overall Hub71 Product strategy, from Product vision to Product analytics and metrics
• Identify and recommend Hub71s tech stack – propose and implement the best strategy
• Automatise data collection and visualisation processes (with the support of a Tech team)
• Identify indicators and KPIs that should be tracked
• Support startups part of the Hub71 with their product strategy

What you need to be successful in the role:

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Product design and strategy
• Extensive experience in managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture or other similar tools
• Experience in start-ups environment or venture capital
• Good technical experience on data collection, analysis, reporting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conceptualise and articulate ideas
• Team player and with great problem solving skills, creativity
• Autonomy and leadership skills will help you be successful in the role
