Our client is a reputable Investment entity based in Dubai looking to hire a senior private equity professional to spearhead their team as the \'Head of Private Equity\'. The individual will be responsible for managing the entity\'s fund of funds and co-investment program, sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on potential investments, and monitoring existing investments.

Responsibilities:

- Lead an investment team who will be responsible for deploying funds into Private Equity investments, via fund of funds and co-investment vehicles
- Analyse potential fund investment opportunities which include the evaluation of the fund manager\'s track record, investment strategy, value-add, and investment team
- Manage and develop teams of investment management professionals providing leadership and oversight of all areas of the investment process
- Present investment recommendations to the Fund\'s Investment Committee

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of investment experience in Private equity with a strong track record
- US based candidate who is open to relocate to the UAE
- Experience in covering fund manager selection and co-investments
- Strong network of GP relations across the North American market
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Economics or similar disciplines; CFA & MBA is preferable
- Proficient communication skills; Highly capable of presenting investment recommendations to top management
