What You'll Do

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for lending and leasing products to ensure competitiveness and profitability
• Utilize data science tools (MS Azure, ML Studio, R, Python) and data engineering platforms (Alteryx, SQL) to enhance efficiency and increase margins
• Design and deliver next-generation analytics and AI solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
• Apply advanced statistical and econometric models for demand forecasting, market assessment, and optimal pricing
• Implement AI and machine learning algorithms to improve pricing accuracy and automate processes
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align pricing strategies with overall business goals
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
• Ensure pricing compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Drive innovation through new pricing techniques, technologies, and processes to boost revenue and customer loyalty
• Produce market intelligence reports, competitive analysis, and growth projections for informed decision-making

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, or Financial Services & Banking
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a multinational environment, including at least 5 years in analytical and AI-based pricing roles
• Strong knowledge of machine learning/AI techniques such as NLP, deep learning, and anomaly detection
• Proven track record in financial services pricing and strategy development
• Experience with programming languages (Python, R, Matlab) and platforms (TensorFlow, Spark) with knowledge of SQL and SAS
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
