Key Responsibilities
Develop predictive models including credit risk scoring, residual value forecasting, customer value, and fraud detection
Optimize asset allocation and implement next best offer strategies
Standardize financial KPIs and risk dashboards using statistical process control
Generate financial insights via time series analysis, portfolio optimization, and risk modeling
Apply advanced data visualization to communicate insights
Identify AI-driven improvement opportunities with finance and risk teams
Design AI solutions for chatbots, automation flows, and LLM-based systems
Lead end-to-end development of scalable AI agents and intelligent products
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related field
7+ years' experience in financial analytics, data science, and machine learning
Strong expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML pipelines
Deep knowledge of IFRS 9/CECL, credit risk, stress testing, and financial modeling
Hands-on experience with NLP, transformers, computer vision, model explainability
Leadership ability and strong communication skills
