Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement predictive models for credit scoring, residual value forecasting, and delinquency risk.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance metrics to monitor business performance.
• Identify and deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics, time series analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Support pricing, collections, and financial planning with data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to align data science solutions with operational goals.
• Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and model performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Financial Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably in financial services.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, and financial modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, time series forecasting, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to convert business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
