As a Head of Pricing & Product Strategy, you will be responsible to define and implement the product and pricing strategy, maximizing revenue and conversion across the Miral assets: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi Yas Waterworld CLYMB Abu Dhabi Qasr Al Watan SeaWorld Abu Dhabi Strategy
Recommend overall pricing and product strategy to the business
Work with team to edict Pricing rules and guidelines by channel
Recommend rates and objectives for yearly budgeting
Define targets by segment, channels and product/price initiatives
Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for each assets and engage resources into activity planning so that revenue targets are achieved
Lead strategies and tactics to drive profitable visitation:
Assist with analysis in the development of the strategic admissions pricing, providing insights, as well as identifying impacts on consumer promotions
Lead pricing development and recommend actions to sustain demand and fill gaps, using the specific behaviors of the various markets.
Ensure the consistency of the various consumer promotions across different channel and segments
Develop KPIs for the commercial team to drive yield and volumes for the business
Work closely with the Performance management team to set targets and monitor results
Pricing and Product
Ensure relevance of pricing research and data used in price recommendations and provides feedback on pricing and packaging
Bring new business insights through curiosity and resourcefulness in collecting and analyzing data (e.g., interview stakeholders, benchmark competitors, research market environment, create surveys)
Oversees timely deployment of pricing and product initiatives
Challenge and recommend pricing/product related initiatives for marketing and sales
Implement and maintain procedures for effective workflow for all pricing and product related areas
Coordinate rate set-up and packaging
Create and maintain high standards of data quality through system maintenance and audits
Recommend processes for sales, reservations or ticketing that is coherent with the overall strategy for the market and drive upselling
Create a pricing matrix to track and monitor product/pricing performance
Maintain price integrity across segments and channels
Team Management
Recruit, manage, coach and develop
Set goals for the team and follow-up on achievement
Define priorities and plan activities accordingly
Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders and influence business plans
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
Bachelor or Master?s degree from a reputable university
5+ year experience in a similar role in Theme Parks, FMCG, management consulting or other relevant industry
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Proven capabilities in data analytics and structured problem solving
Resourceful, entrepreneurial and autonomous in building and owning workstreams
Able to prioritize, adapt and manage multiple responsibilities
Efficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Tableau
