The Role
Head of Enterprise Architecture - Dubai - Top Tax Free Salary - US Consulting Company Chief Architect / Head of Enterprise Architecture - Global Consulting Company - Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) - (TOGAF, ITIL, Zachman) eMagine Solutions have been exclusively retained by a leading European company to help build out their practice in the Middle East. We ae looking for a Chief Enterprise Architect to act as the design authority on critical IT projects including IoT, Blockchain and Digital Transformation programs. As the chief architect you will be responsible for the technical delivery for all large-scale integration projects within the region. And you should also be comfortable acting within a CTO / CIO for the clients as well as within the group when need and providing subject matter expertise (SME) consultancy to regional presales teams for complex programmes with technical and operational guidance. My client is industry agnostic and are open for various industries including Banking, Technology, Professional Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, Telco and many more. We are looking for a Technology Director with experience of designing and implementing digital transformations that combine technology, people and policy to achieve tangible results and comfortable liaising at the CxO level and delivering projects between the $10m to $200m in value.
Requirements
As this role is leading the Enterprise Architecture practice for a Global Consulting Company you should have a high degree of commercial awareness and must be able to close the gap between ideas and execution operated within the right system with an adoption of 'System Thinking' expressed through big-picture architecture and detailed visualisation. You must have be a certified IT professional and you will have ensured the delivery of complex solutions by implementing a wide ranging portfolio of methodologies and frameworks. As it is client facing you will be dealing with aggressive delivery schedules and managing demanding stakeholder requirements so strong soft skills and a high EQ is a must to succeed in the position.
