Position: Head of Operations (HoO) Location: Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone Responsibilities:
- Manage independently our Industrial small manufacturing facilities (2 shift operations 18 Employees)
- Oversee, control and coordinate our production to run efficient on a high quality level uninterrupted.
- Maintaining and Developing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage all administrative and Financial tasks together with your team.
- Monitor facility performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize productivity.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Energetic and focused on career Character, stress resistant
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or Administration is from advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building a team with our workers and staff
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- UAE Driver license from advantage
- Industrial Manufacturing in UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
- Umm al-Quwain City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
