The Role
Position Title: Head of Operations Employment Type: Full Time Salary: Attractive Market Competitive Package / Salary (Negotiable) Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism & hospitality : . Provide oversight and support to 20 store locations . Plan, coordinate and manage field activities including budgeting & implementing projects . Responsible for daily operations of assigned accounts including relationship management of client field personnel . Define key business processes and their requirements . Lead role in the stewardship of client Health and Safety Programs and Initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications: . Male, 48 years old and below . Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant courses . Minimum 5 years of experience managing field operations; QSR experience in the UAE is a must . Candidate must have a valid UAE driver's license and own car
