As theHead ofOperations,youwill be heading the Operations teams withinEasygenerator(including, but not limited toFinanceand Investors Relations, HR, Compliance, Tax,Legaland Operations)and will report directly to the Management Team.

Objectives of this Role
Initiate constant communication withemployees,managementand shareholdersto ensure proper operations of the organization
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
Managing global tax compliance
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
Oversee global procurementand cost efficiency
Finance, accounting andbudgeting
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within an agile environment, including expanding world wide operations and problem resolution
Qualifications
Master's degree in business administration,finance, economics and/or law,or related field
2+ years' proven experience in arelevant position
Proactive and inspiring personality with (servant) leadership potential
Strong budget development and oversight skills
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
Talented in conflict management and business negotiation processes
experience in Tax and/or financeand accounting
